VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Carol Blue received a letter from Penny Neale, Director, Southwestern Illinois College Retired and Senior Volunteer Program dated August 27,2001.  It is an appeal for volunteers for tutoring and mentoring children.  Part of the letter is paraphrased below.
